  • 200g pasta
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method

  1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta
  2. Heat olive oil and gently cook the garlic
  3. Add tomatoes and simmer
  4. Combine pasta and sauce
  5. Serve

For this recipe I used a non-stick pan, which helps prevent sticking and gives a smooth sauce.

Tips

Save some of the cooking water to finish off cooking into the sauce, this will give a cohesive taste to the dish or add some pecorino cheese for a salty taste
